(1) Indian nationals residing in Czech Republic may apply for the following Consular Services at the Embassy:

  • Birth Certificate

  • Life Certificate

  • Attestation of Power of Attorney

  • Attestation of affidavit/document

  • Attestation of educational, marriage or birth certificates duly apostilled

  • Attestation of copies of Indian passport and visa/residence permit

  • Police Clearance Certificate

  • Re-issue of International Driving Permit


(2) Czech nationals or any other foreign nationals residing in Czech Republic for past two years may apply for the following Consular Services at the Embassy:

  • Attestation of copy of passport to be submitted to Indian authorities.

  • Attestation of affidavit/document for commercial purpose (Applicant must get the documents authenticated/apostilled from the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
