Advisory related to Validity of Visa regarding Indian nationals
- Indian nationals, who are in Czech Republic with valid visa/residence permit, are allowed to stay in Czech territory for the duration of the state of emergency, even if visa/residence permit expires.
- After the state of emergency is revoked, all Indian nationals with expired visa should leave Czech territory within 60 days, without going for the process of extending their visas.
- As a procedure, such Indian nationals while leaving Czech territory, will receive the exit-stamp on their passports to confirm the legality of their stay in the country.
